2. Description of Service

EzyGraph provides a service that uses AI to convert complex blog posts into visually appealing, simplified infographics in minutes. Our platform allows users to transform their blogs into stunning infographics quickly and efficiently.

3. User Accounts

You need a Google account to use EzyGraph. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

4. Subscription Services

EzyGraph offers subscription-based services on a monthly or annual basis. Different subscription levels provide varying levels of access and features.

4.1. Billing: By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay EzyGraph the applicable fees as they become due. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.

4.3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

4.4. Changes to Subscription Terms: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on EzyGraph, except for User Content (defined below), including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to EzyGraph. This content is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions.

5.1. AI-Generated Content: The infographics generated by our AI service are considered a collaborative effort between the user's input and our AI system. Users retain the rights to their original blog content, while <Link href="https://ezygraph.com" className="text-purple-700 hover:underline">EzyGraph</Link> retains rights to the AI system and its outputs. Users are granted a license to use the generated infographics for their intended purpose.

6. User Content

"User Content" means any and all information and content that a user submits to, or uses with, the Site (e.g., blog posts submitted for conversion into infographics). You are solely responsible for your User Content. You assume all risks associated with use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third party.

7. Prohibited Uses

As a user of EzyGraph, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from EzyGraph to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of EzyGraph, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use EzyGraph to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of EzyGraph.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the website.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will EzyGraph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if EzyGraph has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
